What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
With over ten years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant in financial services and industry, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to run an efficient, well-structured service. Now, I’m proud to bring that knowledge into something I care deeply about—providing high-quality home care. My goal is to create a service that truly supports our community, where our team feels valued and empowered to deliver compassionate, person-centred care every day.
How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
Having seen close family members receive care at home and in residential care homes, I understand how important it is to feel supported and truly heard. That experience shapes the way we deliver our services—focusing on the little things that bring comfort and peace of mind. By combining that personal perspective with a thoughtful, professional approach, we at Radfield are committed to providing genuinely caring, client-focused support.
What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
Coming from a family closely connected to the healthcare sector, conversations around care, compassion and dignity were a constant part of life. These early influences, combined with personal experience arranging home care for loved ones, shaped my understanding of the importance of quality support at home. I’ve seen the difference that well-delivered care can make—not only for individuals, but for entire families. This inspired me to be part of the adult social care sector, where I can help provide trusted, high-quality care that brings comfort and peace of mind to our community.
How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?
This role is all about making sure people feel genuinely valued, supported and cared for. Every interaction matters and delivering care with consistency, kindness and professionalism is at the heart of everything we do.
