Radfield Home Care Crawley & Reigate Sponsors Popes Mead Bowls Club

Radfield Home Care Crawley & Reigate is proud to announce our sponsorship of Popes Mead Bowls Club, a community institution since 1918. As a cornerstone of local sports and community life in Crawley, this partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and promoting active lifestyles, which are integral to helping people age well and remain connected to activities they love.

On 27th September 2024, Tina Sekhon, our Director, visited Popes Mead Bowls Club for the final session of their Autumn Fives Competition. She was welcomed by Alan Hilton, Club President, and Andrew Currie, Club Secretary, for the official handover of six newly sponsored scoreboards, supported by Chris Dowding of Bowls Marketing.

Our Commitment to the Community

Our sponsorship of Popes Mead Bowls Club aligns perfectly with our mission to provide personalised home care services in Crawley and Reigate, while fostering a sense of community and well being. Bowls is an inclusive sport that encourages physical activity, social interaction, and teamwork—all essential components for maintaining a rewarding and active lifestyle, especially for older people.

Tina Sekhon expressed her enthusiasm for the sponsorship, stating: “We are thrilled to partner with Popes Mead Bowls Club and support a club that has been at the heart of the community for so many years. The sport of bowls encourages inclusivity, camaraderie, and physical activity—all values that closely align with our mission at Radfield Home Care. We look forward to working closely with the club and continuing to make a positive impact within the community.”
