Having joined Radfield in September 2022, Nia Cooke is Radfield Home Care Chester and Ellesmere Port’s Recruitment Manager.
With over three decades of care experience, Nia understands the needs of the care sector:
Nia says:
“I have worked within the care sector since 1991. I first worked as a senior carer for Social Services and finished there in 2006, having joined a private home care provider. In my new role I started off as a care professional and after a few weeks I was brought into the office and I began to do the scheduling and the coordination of care packages – I was in that role for sixteen years and left to join Radfield in September 2022”.
Inspired to provide the best care for others, Nia is best placed to know how the recruitment of those who share this passion is key to finding Radfield’s outstanding care professionals:
“I have always enjoyed helping people and making a difference in their lives. I like to make people smile and if I can help them in any way I will. I have many years experience in the care sector speaking to clients and families which is so important for this role. I have a very positive attitude and I like to make sure the clients feel valued.”
