What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
I worked for Home Instead for two years prior to Radfield as a care giver. Before Home Instead, I was an estate agent for 20 years.
How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
Throughout my career, I’ve always interacted with people from all walks of life, and have had to be sympathetic to their needs and expectations.
What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
I feel I have the right aptitude and empathetic skills necessary for the adult social care sector.
How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?
I thoroughly enjoy building trust and relationships with clients and providing the best service possible.
