About Julie
Julie, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port before living overseas for 10 years, worked for ‘Diageo’ for 15 years as an account administrator. Julie also was a team leader in departmental projects and delivered training when the department was migrated overseas. Julie started her own Childcare business which she ran for 4 years gaining childcare qualifications before going overseas.
Whilst working overseas Julie worked in Dubai English Speaking College as a Food and Nutrition Technician and Kitchen Manager, gaining many qualifications in food & nutrition, first aid and fire marshal.
Julie explains,
“We came back to Chester, my husband’s hometown, to settle back into English life and to get involved in the community around us. We both knew that we wanted to give something back to the community we love and get involved in making people’s lives better.”
“Both Kevin and I wanted to create a business that we are both passionate about and can work at together for our future.”
