What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
In my previous roles I have mainly worked in domiciliary care, starting as a care worker and moving up to supervisor and care coordinator.
How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
I’ve worked for a few different home care companies, various teams and members of staff. I’ve also worked with lots of clients with different health backgrounds.
What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
I want to be able to continue to care and look after people to help them maintain a happy and healthy life.
How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?
My past roles have meant that I have been able to meet many different people and families over the years, all of which is valuable experience for getting involved with Radfield’s wonderful clients.
