At Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings & Battle, we understand the importance of building relationships and a sense of community within our team. To celebrate this, we recently hosted a Staff Family Day at the picturesque Claverton House Hotel. The event was a resounding success, filled with laughter, fun and relaxation.
The sun shone brightly on the beautiful gardens of Claverton House Hotel, providing the perfect backdrop for our family day. Our dedicated team members, accompanied by their loved ones, enjoyed a variety of activities and treats designed to create a fun-filled, relaxing atmosphere.
BBQ Feast: We kicked off the day with a mouth-watering BBQ, offering a range of delicious options to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
Face Painting: Our talented face painter Karen Haskell added a splash of colour to the children and some of the more adventurous adults with her creativity.
Bouncy Castle: The bouncy castle from J Events was a hit among the kids, providing endless entertainment and allowing them to expend their energy in a safe and fun environment.
Ice Cream Van: To keep everyone cool and refreshed, Kerry’s Ice creams served up a variety of delectable frozen treats, from classic cones to exciting sundaes.
Children’s Activities: A range of children’s activities, including games and crafts, ensured that the little ones were engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon.
At Radfield Home Care, we believe that social events like our Staff Family Day are crucial for building a positive workplace culture. These events provide an opportunity for our team to bond outside of the usual work environment, fostering stronger relationships and a sense of community. When employees feel connected and valued, it enhances teamwork, boosts morale, and ultimately leads to a more productive and harmonious workplace.
