About Jess
Jess has built an impressive 13-year career in the care sector, starting as a volunteer in a care home and advancing through a range of positions, from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant, Deputy Manager, and Registered Care Manager. Holding a Level 7 Diploma in Healthcare Management and train-the-trainer certifications, Jess plays a pivotal role in managing care operations, ensuring clients receive exceptional support while upholding CQC standards.
When she’s not at work, Jess loves spending quality time with her two-year-old son and her four-year-old cocker spaniel, Poppy.
I am deeply committed to making sure our clients receive exceptional care, while also ensuring that every Care Professional feels respected and supported. I firmly believe that by nurturing a positive and compassionate atmosphere within our team, we can uphold the highest standards and truly make a difference in people’s lives.
