As the proud owner of Radfield Home Care York & Ryedale, Ed has built a successful business providing personalised home care to the local community. Now, he is passionate about bringing that same dedication and high standard of care to Radfield Home Care Thirsk & Northallerton.

Ed’s career began after studying journalism at university, which led him to roles in public relations, marketing, and sales across various industries. Outside of work, Ed is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying running, cycling, and hiking in the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales, and along the Cleveland Way. A former national cycling competitor, he now participates in ultra-marathons, regularly taking part in events like the Hardmoors Race Series.

Living near the Yorkshire Moors with his partner Caroline, a teacher at Ryedale School, Ed is dedicated to building strong connections within the local community. Through Radfield Home Care, he aims to expand the personalised care model he has established in York, helping clients stay connected to what matters most while empowering Care Professionals to thrive.
