Radfield Home Care Thirsk & Northallerton is pleased to announce the promotion of Marco Polledri to General Manager. With a strong background in business leadership and finance, along with a deep commitment to high-quality home care, Marco is well-positioned to drive our continued growth and uphold our reputation for exceptional domiciliary and live in care in Thirsk, Northallerton, and surrounding areas.
Marco has been an integral part of Radfield Home Care for nearly two years, bringing over 35 years of experience across sectors such as hospitality, construction, property management, and charities. His previous role in NHS finance has provided valuable insights into the complexities of health and social care, equipping him with the expertise to enhance our services and operations.
In his new role, Marco will oversee strategic planning, financial sustainability, and business development while strengthening relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. He will also focus on recruitment and staff retention, ensuring we continue to attract and support the best Care Professionals.
Working alongside Operations Manager Jess Reed, Marco will support the wider team to maintain our high standards of person-centred care. His leadership will help refine internal processes, enhance staff engagement, and promote sustainable business growth, ensuring Radfield Home Care remains a trusted provider of domiciliary and live-in care in Thirsk, Northallerton, and surrounding communities.
Marco is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture, ensuring both Care Professionals and office staff feel valued and empowered. This strong internal foundation allows us to continue delivering compassionate, personalised care that enables individuals to live independently at home.
